Gas Burner

Our firm has introduced a new working instrument that allows you to increase productivity and reduce running costs: the gas burner.


The latter can work alongside or even substitute the normal wood combustion. It can be assembled on new ovens or already existing ones.


This system is composed of:

Burner. Placed inside the cooking chamber, it produces the flame. Built in material that is resistant to high temperatures, to oxidation and to sudden changes of temperature.

Control panel. Situated under the oven, it houses all the parts that render the combustion safe and clean.

Electric switchboard. This allows you to turn on and turn off the burner and to control the temperature.

Advantages of the gas burner:

Practical. To turn the oven on you only have to use one switch. To set the desired temperature, regulate the thermometer.
Clean. The chimney will always be clean and soot at its opening will be practically inexistent.
Economical. The gas oven consumes only 1.5 cubic metres of methane gas per hour.
Reliable. All the details of the burner derive from industrial burners.
Optimal cooking. The cooking will be uniform and similar in every way to that with wood.
Safe. It has been tested by the most authoritative boards of approval.

Self Contained Units

Ovens for pizzerias with galvanized metal and painted linings - rectangular version

Available already assembled and ready for use (to be unloaded with a crane truck) or to be reassembled on the spot.

Technical characteristics of the ovens with metal linings:

1) It is possible to deliver the oven already assembled or reassemble it on the spot in 8 hours, if possible moving it inside the pizzeria with a forklift.

2) Utilization of top quality insulators that don’t overheat the external walls of the lining.

3) Dustproof plate covering on the upper part of the lining.

4) The possibility, with a minimum cost, of laying terracotta, mosaics etc. on the metal lining in order to personalize the oven according to the room furnishings.
